Solid Wiggles was founded in Brooklyn, New York by pastry chef Jena Derman and master mixologist Jack Schramm.
Since the fall of 2020, Solid Wiggles has been reimagining the nostalgic jell-o shot. All of our cocktail jellies are flavored with delicious ingredients and hand-crafted into works of edible art.
The Solid Wiggles team sells direct to consumer, ships nationally and is on (and off) the menu at 20 bars and restaurants in the US. They are publishing their first cookbook in 2026 with Ten Speed Press.
