Solid Wiggles was founded in Brooklyn, New York by pastry chef Jena Derman and master mixologist Jack Schramm.

Since the fall of 2020, Solid Wiggles has been reimagining the nostalgic jell-o shot. All of our Jelly Treats are flavored with delicious ingredients and hand-crafted into works of edible art.

The Solid Wiggles teams sells direct to consumer, ships nationally and is on (and off) the menu at 20 bars and restaurants in the US.
