SOLID WIGGLES?

Solid Wiggles was founded in Brooklyn by Pastry Chef Jena Derman and Master Mixologist Jack Schramm in the fall of 2020. Their boozy and non-boozy cocktail jellies and cakes are available for pick-up and delivery in NYC; and their cakes ship nationwide via Goldbelly.

Solid Wiggles shots can be seen on-menu all over NYC at: Tatiana by Kwame Onwauchi, Milady's, Porchlight Bar, Champer's Social Club, Jungle Bird, Pokito, Goldie’s Bar, Quality Meats, Zou Zou’s, Temperance Wine Bar, Bar Primi, Ernesto’s and Lise & Vito.

DO yOU ship ShOTS?

We only ship our shots for large events as they are made in large quantities and require extra care with handling and slicing (by kitchen professionals/caterers). If you're looking to ship a sampler to someone - we would recommend shipping a few of our 6" cakes via Goldbelly, and simply slicing them up!

where are you located?

Solid Wiggles HQ is located at at 630 Flushing Avenue on the 8th floor. Suite #819 in Brooklyn NY 11206. Here is a map of our building.

Our pickup hours are Tuesday-Friday from 10a-5p.

Solid Wiggles is also offering Pick-Ups from Champer’s Social Club located at at 39 1/2 Crosby St. NY, NY 10012.

Our pickup hours at Champer’s are Wednesday-Saturday/Sunday 11a-9p.

What is your delivery radius?

Our delivery radius for standard delivery is 8 mi from our HQ. If you want to place an order for a delivery outside of this area, email us here.

how boozy are solid wiggles?

Our boozy items are 5% ABV. You must be 21+ to order.

I just received a cake in the mail - how do i unmold it?

How many servings is one 6” cake?

One 6” cake serves 8-12 people.

Are solid wiggles vegan/vegetarian?

Not at the moment, but we’re working on some options for later this year <3.

How long can my solid wiggles last in the fridge?

Your jellies will stay fresh for at least 7 days if stored in their box or in an air-tight container.
